After vacationing to Colorado, Joe and Paula Pastuer decided that the small city of Manitou Springs would be the perfect home to their first business, The Glassblowers of Manitou.
Two generations since Joe and Paula started their business their children and grandchildren are continuing to offer handmade, unique product at competitive prices.
In early 2007 the Pastuer family decided to branch out from the glass industry by starting a clothing shop that offered customized clothing. With the recent development of textile printing technology they adopted the process of DTG printing that allows for people to order individual, multi color shirts at a much cheaper price than traditional screen printing. Since then their business has flourished offering embroidery and and wholesale orders.
With the recent success of Twin Bears Embroidery they have continued into obtaining Christmas in Manitou, a year round Christmas store that has thrived since the early '80s.
